ABOUT THE OWNERS

Kristina is a movement lover, lifelong student of the body, and passionate guide for anyone ready to reconnect with themselves and feel more at home in their skin. After 15 years of building her private practice in New York City, she now brings her unique blend of expertise and intuition to sunny Florida, offering hands-on healing, movement expertise, and nervous system support to clients of all ages and backgrounds.
Her movement journey began early as a dancer and figure skater and evolved into a deep appreciation for the body as a powerful tool for expression, healing, and transformation. With a BA in Dance and Pre-Med studies, she danced professionally with the renowned Pilobolus Dance Theater before shifting her focus to somatic bodywork and integrative wellness full time.
Kristina is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Movement Specialist, Fascial Expert and Breathwork Master. Kristina holds a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Certification earned during immersive study in traditional Hatha Yoga in Rishikesh, India. She’s holds certifications in Therapeutic Pilates through NYC’s elite Kane School as well as completing advanced training at Pacific College of Health and Science in Chinese Medical Philosophy, Eastern Manual Therapies, Pharmacology of Essential Oils and Western bodywork Techniques.
Kristina began her career working with Competitive Figure Skaters and Hockey Players in NYC maximizing their physical capabilities while minimizing vulnerabilities to injury. She continues to stay up to date by engaging with various bodywork circles as well as leading scientific theorists bringing new, advanced & often simplifying knowledge to her practice. She recently took on the most intense of personal physical experiences, bearing & birthing three children in three years. From an initial medicalized labor & C-Section followed by two unmedicated home births, Kristina's understanding of the physical complexities of child bearing, labor and post partum recovery dedicated her even more to the work she performs. The re-establishment of physical identity and physical boundaries after babies are continuing to challenge her deepest respects for the human experience and the physical borders that encompass them.
Kristina describes her work as Kinesthetic Therapy bringing together years of training in movement, manual therapy, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to help clients feel more vibrant, empowered, and aligned. Whether through one-on-one Kinesthetic Therapy sessions or Restore group classes, her mission is always the same: provide knowledge, space and safety to allow people to fully connect to their experience via the tangible body.
The foundation is whole-ism: the understanding that we are not a collection of separate systems rather a unified being in which physical sensations, emotions, thoughts and energetic states are deeply interwoven. In our house you are home, with the sense of safety imperative to healing and progress.
Kinesthetic Therapy is a practice of returning to a balanced body and is the heart of how Kristina works. Kristina developed this manual touch-based and movement approach that helps people re-discover a sense of ease in how they move and feel. This therapy will reconnect one with their body, giving opportunity to shift out of chronic patterns into renewal & restoration.
The therapy is designed to alleviate symptoms through contextualizing & optimizing movement through the entire kinetic chain exterior to deep. In its simple description this work is profoundly health improving, by providing the scaled compression & decompression that creates tissue resiliency and allows for organ systems to optimize motility. Through her guidance you will learn to listen to your body, breath and discover your unique needs, strengths, vulnerabilities & wants guiding it back to balance. Together you can optimize tissue health, breath awareness & patterns, functional movement, and nervous system feedback. Whether you're navigating chronic pain, healing postpartum, looking to optimize performance or simply wanting to feel more grounded in yourself, her approach provides the techniques and modalities for that transformation.
Bringing a blend of clinical knowledge, various modalities including Massage, Yoga & Pilates, somatic wisdom, and a shared belief in the body’s innate ability to heal, she approaches every session with care, intuition, and the understanding that movement is not just physical—it’s emotional, energetic, and profoundly human. Each of her sessions is personally crafted for you and with you for the day you are receiving.
Pain whether acute or chronic, is an intimate and often complex journey unique to each individual who walks it. At KINETIC HOUSE, we honor that individuality by offering a holistic, embodied approach to healing personalized to your needs.
Through mindful movement, breath work, and body-centered awareness, Kinesthetic Therapy supports those integrative ways to manage or transform chronic symptoms. This work draws from principles of fascial science, massage therapy, physical therapy, yoga, pilates & somatic healing to guide the body back to a place of connection, resilience, and balance.
Because no two bodies—or stories—are alike, each session is tailored to the client's lived experience. We are here to listen to you and adapt our knowledge to your body and your recovery.
Acute Injury can be healed without leaving the body with vulnerable chronic patterns. This work provides the pathway for that process.
Chronic Pain often disconnects us from the body’s natural rhythms and signals, leading to patterns of tension, restriction, or even a literal losing touch with oneself. We can reconnect clients to their selves through this therapy at their own pace, reversing chronic patterns to a symptomless state.
PIiates traditionally is rehabilitative movement. Kristina values and utilizes Equipment and Mat Pilates and principles for this purpose within her Kinesthetic Therapy Sessions.
Kristina will commonly apply these Yoga principles and techniques to her Kinesthetic Therapy Sessions.
1. Kriya Yoga: Cleansing Techniques
2. Asana Yoga: Posture and Movement Optimization
3. Pranayama: Breath Practices and Optimization
These three pillars are the building blocks preparing one for Meditation as a means for self healing and enhanced conscious awareness. When applied strategically and systematically these three yoga pillars can remove the road blocks that keep bodies caught in cycles of depletion that lead to disease.
There’s no greater transformation of the female body than during pregnancy, birth, and the years that follow. These changes come from the literal depths of the female and can be felt throughout the whole body. Whether you're navigating the discomforts of pregnancy, preparing for labour, or healing in the postpartum phase, we believe that connecting with your body is optimal.
Kristina has been where you are now, and she brings a deeply personal perspective to this work. As a mother of three, whose journey includes an initial cesarean birth followed by two home births all in three years, she understands the emotional depth, physical intensity, and shifting identity that can come with this time. That experience, combined with her professional training, shapes how she supports each woman individually at KINETIC HOUSE.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach during pregnancy or postpartum. That’s why each session is fully customised, drawing from manual massage therapy, functional movement, and breathwork to meet you exactly where you are, at your side every stage of the journey.
Her goal is to help women feel their empowerments, sense their groundedness, and trust their bodies throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. She accompanies you as you accompany new life into the world.
Kristina believes that the pursuit of beauty is far more than skin deep—it’s a reflection of the inner desire for vitality and connection to self. Across cultures, research has shown that symmetry and harmony in the body and face are often perceived as beautiful, and there’s wisdom in that: these outward signs usually mirror internal alignment and health. We know that movement through the depths of your internal body bring harmony to your health and soul. This inner health is reflected in your external beauty and communicated to you through your sensory feedback of your whole being.
This approach puts beauty as a natural outcome of balanced movement and alignment, both structurally and energetically. Through our unique kinesthetic awareness mechanisms, we help support tissue health from the inside out, using touch, movement, and nervous system regulation to enhance blood circulation, fascial health and tone.
As your tissues become more vibrant and balanced, your body will reflect the changes. You will not only look more radiant, but also feel more at ease and embodied.
Feeling beautiful is powerful. It fosters confidence, reduces anxiety, and cultivates a sense of calm control that radiates outward. At KINETIC HOUSE, we celebrate this journey of self-empowerment.
I am a 77 year old physician who after years of active exercise (long distance running, tennis, golf, etc.) have developed significant degenerative cervical and lumbar-sacral disk disease and recent trochanter bursitis of the right hip. I have been advised not to have surgery by orthopedic and neurosurgeons and have been treated by sports medicine physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists and trainers with modest improvement.
It wasn't until I came to work with Kristina over the last 6 months that I have made real progress to the point that I am walking 3 to 6 miles a day and returned to golf. I attribute this to her knowledge of anatomy and how our bodies are supposed to work. Through balance, stretching, movement, core strengthening, massage and most of all encouragement. These, together with elements of Yoga and Pilates have changed my whole concept of exercising and training.
Recently my wife has started to work with Kristina and fully shares my enthusiasm for her methods. I have referred friends, colleagues and patients to her without any hesitation.
Kristina is an extraordinary person blessed with great skills, intelligence, humor, and an ability to motivate one to get better. I recommend her to you without reservation.

Kristina is a scientifically knowledgeable body magician. I have spent years with my shoulders, neck and hips regularly tensing up, affecting my comfort, clarity of mind, and productivity. The primary cause has been moderate scoliosis, for which I had spinal fusion as a teenager. I asked my doctor if she knew of a bodywork specialist who could help me, and she referred me to Kristina. Since I started to see Kristina weekly, my body is looser (and taller) and my mind is more focused. She is getting deeper than any massage and creating structural improvements that I am confident will improve my postural integrity as I age. Not incidentally, she is also the most delightful presence to be around. I highly recommend Kristina to anyone who wants to meaningfully address any structural disharmony in their body.

I refer to my friends and family members who struggle with pain or are recovering from injuries. When asked to describe her approach, I honestly struggle since she incorporates a multitude of disciplines into her practice: Eastern Medicine, Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy, Breathing Techniques, Strength training. The combined impact is almost MAGICAL!
As someone who struggles with chronic pain due to an autoimmune disease, Kristina has become a critical part of my care team and the only one who has helped improve my quality of life. Her genuine warmth, passion, and unique approach are unparalleled and immensely valuable for those dealing with pain or injuries.

Derek performed and toured nationally and internationally with Pilobolus Dance Theater and the National Theater before living in NYC full time while developing his movement business. Working mostly in the private space, he supported with clients looking to maximize the personal holistic care. With a list of high profile and determined clients he exposed them to Fascial Science, Water Science and the Biomechanics of Movement becoming the person to go to manage complex pain and injury, and optimize total healing. He shares a passion for all that is Sport and after becoming a recent Father of three, has an even more unique experience in energy depletion and comeback to guide you through yours.
Biomechanics are traditionally left to the movement of joints by the pulley system of muscles, tendons and ligaments. Until Fascial Science became a well funded and researched area of interest, there was a ceiling the moving arts could theoretically produce to support people with orthopedic pain and vulnerabilities. To this day, the old biomechanical model often prevails leaving many without a full understanding of the scope of treatment and training that can be provided to those who are looking to relieve pain and subsequent surgery. There is a world of fascial science and theory that now allow for an understanding of how vulnerabilities in areas other than the site of pain can be treated or targeted to create resiliency and strength leading to a healing cascade and full recovery from pain. (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3091422/) These theories and models are the basis of Derek's philosophy and training approach. Layered on top of numerous certifications and fields of education Derek pulls from a vast knowledge bank to work with each client's unique condition, needs and goals. Along with his personal journey with movement as a former athlete and professional performer he focuses on the joy that being connected to our bodies provides us.
Consistent with this newer model of movement, grounded in fascial science, Kettlebells offer live weight manipulation that targets the natural spiraling of the fascial system. This naturally spiraling exchange of force, conditions the networks to a degree difficult to challenge with traditional weight lifting. Further, the living weight calls for a challenge to the stability and mobility systems providing the feedback needed to the deepest fascicle. Proper Kettlebell technique is the perfect tool for maximizing proprioreception and innate movement understanding. Guided by an expert eye, the work can lead a body back to resilience and adaptability regardless of former imbalances and vulnerabilities.
